eChoices: Mandatory Assessment Test (online)

Due to COVID, the Science Academy’s Mandatory Assessment test for the 2021-2022 eChoices application will be give online.
Link for the exam will be sent via email to all applicants who qualify to take the exam.
The following, along with each applicant’s assessment results, will also be evaluated to determined if an interview is to be scheduled for the student. Current LAUSD students will not need to submit these documents as they are already on file with LAUSD:
- 2019-2020 Final report card
- 2020-2021 First report card
- 2018-2019 SBAC scores
**NON-LAUSD APPLICANTS: submit the following documents via Google Form here **
- Final report card from 2019-2020 school year
- 10-week report card from 2020-2021 school year
- Most recent SBAC scores available
