Athletics

In accordance with state and local guidelines, LAUSD will be resuming high school athletics on a limited basis.

The following EVHS/STEM sports teams will be competing:

Boys Varsity Soccer
Girls Varsity Soccer
Boys Varsity Swim
Girls Varsity Swim

In addition to completing and returning the athletic packet (see below) and meeting minimum GPA requirements*, interested student athletes must also complete and return a Waiver of Liability and Statement of of Understanding and Release.

*Athletic eligibility status will be determined by using the 2020 FALL Final Grades

Athletics gives our high school students an opportunity to participate in organized team sports and enjoy a diverse, well-rounded high school experience. And although Science Academy students currently play as Falcons on East Valley High School‘s sports teams, our athletes continue to uphold the Science Academy philosophies of excellence, leadership, commitment, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
