What to expect when you’re a senior: Q+A with our Academy Alumni

The pandemic changed our lives in more ways than we could ever imagine, with rules practically changing overnight. Some students were unable to take the SAT or ACT while others were faced with the UC’s decision to eliminate test scores, not to mention the lost summer opportunities to build resumes.
Join us for an interactive Q+A session with our panel of Academy Alumni (Science Academy 8th grade class of 2017) as they share their college application experience during COVID, and pass on the best practices learned during this unprecedented time with our high school community.We strongly encourage our rising seniors, who were burdened with the loss of their junior year, the most valuable year in the college application process, to attend this event.
